Mrs. Kalyani Nayak is the driving force behind Aakankshya Charitable Trust. A trained tailor associated with Jana Sikhyana Sanstha (JSS) since 1998, she has dedicated her life to skill development and empowering women through both formal and voluntary teaching. She gracefully balances many roles, a mother, a responsible daughter, a homemaker, a trainer, a former teacher, and now a chairperson, each shaping her commitment to service.
Her vision led to the establishment of a school in her homeland, Nilakanthapur, even before the trust was formally registered, reflecting her belief that real change begins at the grassroots level. She continues to lead with a clear mission: service to mankind and education to all.
Mr. Amarendra Nayak plays a vital role in supporting and strengthening the initiatives of Aakankshya Charitable Trust. As a trustee, he contributes to the organization’s strategic direction and operational effectiveness, ensuring that its mission is carried forward with consistency and purpose. He firmly believes in the principle of giving more than receiving and has been a constant pillar of support behind the trust’s journey.
His encouragement and unwavering belief in the vision have played a significant role in empowering its leadership and initiatives. His involvement reflects a deep commitment to building a compassionate and socially responsible society through meaningful service.
